How much is shipping

We offer FREE UK Next Day Delivery on all orders over £150. Standard delivery is just £3.99 or Express delivery is just £5.99.

 

When will my order be despatched

Orders placed by 12 noon will be despatched the same day for in stock items. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next available working day. 

 

How long will it take

Mainland UK Delivery is usually within 3-5 days. For International orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery depending on your country.

 

International Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (mainland France and Corsica), Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and United States. 

Please note that we do not currently deliver to the following: Guernesey, Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, Bristish Indian Ocean Territory, British Antartic Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Island of Man, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

What if you deliver while I'm out

If you are out and your parcel won't fit through the letterbox, your delivery person will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery. Alternatively you may wish to specify a safe place or delivery instruction for the parcel. Smaller parcels should fit through your letter box. Larger items may be sent in a box to protect the contents. 

 

Is there branding on the packaging

Yes, your parcel will be posted in branded packaging.

 

Can I collect my order

Yes, please ensure you call us on 01845 522393 to pre-order your items so we can have them ready for collection.  

 

What are the customs and import charges

We regret we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import charges levied once your parcel reaches your country. 

 

What if my order hasn't arrived

Every year we despatch thousands of parcels and it is rare for parcels to be delayed or go missing. Please check around your property and with neighbours, your parcel may have been left. Occasionally parcels are returned to the local post or sorting office for collection without leaving a card. We ask that you check all these options. Please call us on 01845 522393 should your parcel not be in any of these places. We are always happy to help. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you find your OgiYogi order is unsuitable, we would be happy to exchange the goods or refund your money. Simply return the goods in their original conditions, unworn with the orginal tags still attached and packaging undamaged within 28 days of receipt.

Sadly we do not opperate a free returns service and you will need to cover the cost of the return postage to us. Please obtain a proof of posting for your own records. 

It is best to place a new order online to exchange your items to ensure the stock is avaible prior to retuning the item. Please enclose the original despatch note and detail what action you require us to take be it a refund or exchange.
